Lan Projekt Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was held on June 17th, 2013. The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved the annual accounts for the 2012 financial year which, despite of the symptoms of economical crisis in Poland and thanks the reduction of operating costs of the company, was net profitable.
